(This is a "chamber" of sorts.  Sometimes called a "trap" or "catch".)
E Rf toward E R back R middle outside forearm block (radius side of wrist)
E -- R back L middle reverse punch
E Lf -> Rf Feet together (chest-N) Both fists are chambered to the left side.
N Rf forward R back Double forearm guarding blocks
N Forward L front Low X-block
N -- L front High knifehand X-block
N Rf -> Lf Feet together (chest-N) Grab your opponent's wrists and twist as you rotate your wrists clockwise, bringing them to your right hip.
N Forward R front R middle punch <Yell!>
S Rf toward S, CCW 180* Horse (chest-E)

S Slide Lf toward N L back Raise the blocking arms (from previous) upwards.
(This is an uppercut to an opponent from S)
S Jump HIGH and forward toward S   Be sure to bring the knees in close to the chest and pivot 180* CCW in the air, each of the fists should be chambered at their respective hip. 
S <land> Rf x'd in front of Lf Low X-block.  <Yell!>
(Be sure that you are bent deeply at the knees and that the X-block is very low to the ground.)
S Rf forward R front Double forearm guarding blocks.
N CCW 180* L front R low horizontal spearhand thrust (to the groin), 
L open hand blocks at R-shoulder.
N Shift Lf L back Simultaneously do:
L low forearm block (toward N)
R high outside forearm block (toward S)
N Pull Lf -> Rf Feet together (chest-E) Maintain the previous hand positions, letting them relax a bit while the Lf is drawn back, then tensing them again once the feet are together.
N Rf forward R front L low horizontal spearhand thrust,
R knifehand does an inward block, ending in front of the L shoulder
N Shift Rf R back Simultaneously do:
R low forearm block (toward N)
L high outside forearm block (toward S)
