Breathing Exercise:

Hands form a triangle (thumbs and forefingers touching, in Knifehand position), in front of the groin, palms facing body; move hands upward, keeping them close to the body, maintain triangular shape; when hands reach face level, turn palms outward and push away from the body at a 45 degree angle; when arms are fully extended separate hands' and bring down in a circular path; the hands will come together near the groin, pivot to the left and place the hands in a triangle next to the hip.
